March 31st, 2009 by Leonard Birdsong

Krystal Birdsong passed away in September 2008.  In honor of her memory Birdsong continues to post some of her writings on this blog.  Krystal had a great imagination and was an excellent writer.  Here is one about a dream she had  just before  her high school graduation. I wonder what it really means?

DREAM –  MAY 8, 2000

Lionnell and I (along w/some others) went for a drive in my mom’s car.  Lionnell drove. We got to the place (sort of like Montgomery Village shopping center) and got out & met up with a bunch of other people.  Pat (from Malcontent) showed up & was blabbering, then I patted his stomach.  Then Brad Petit shows up & suggests driving to New York cause it’s on the way home.

It was 11 o’clock@ night — I said we had to be home since my mom

Weird Criminal Law Stories 44

Birdsong brings you more weird criminal law stories for your reading enjoyment.  Criminals can really be   stupid can’t they?

Ohio:  Working girls need God’s love, too.  A former director of the Ohio governor’s faith based initiatives office was arrested for creating a Web site where johns could post reviews of prostitutes.  Authorities say Robert Eric McFadden also helped organize $10 raffles that offered an evening with a hooker.

Tramp!

Kentucky: This fellow was H2O so stupid stupid.  The Kentucky “bank” an armed robber tried to rob was actually the offices of the local water district, complete with payment windows.  When the man demanded cash, he was told customers had to pay by check only.  He fled empty-handed.

…and red-faced!

Krystal Birdsong's Writings 11

Birdsong and his family still grieve the loss of our youngest daughter Krystal who passed away on September 20, 2008.  We have been going through her  effects, including her writings.  When Krystal graduated from high school she still lived in the Washington, D.C. area only joining us in Florida later.  We have found a couple of pieces in one of her “journals” that seem to describe a religious seminar she attended around the time of her high school graduation.  I certainly had never heard about it.  Perhaps, she made it up?

So we’re at Creation!  we’re all so BLESSED!  Last night was great — the drive was beautiful — only about 2 hours to PA. Neato!

Birdsong brings you a few more  of those weird criminal law stories he loves collecting.

Utah: Police say a Utah man was pulling up his pants after using a toilet at a Carl’s Jr. restaurant when his pistol fell to the floor and fired, blowing up the toilet and wounding him with shards of flying porcelain.

He was aiming to be stupid and he was right on target.

Indiana:  An Indiana grandmother accused of biting her six month old granddaughter says she couldn’t have done it because she doesn’t have enough teeth. Penny Hudson has suggested
