Quite correctly in my opinion. Any grown man who believes in using deadly force against a lap dog because he couldn't think of another plan quickly enough is not suitable for stressful police work. Danville PD - put him behind a desk before he kills again - it might be one of you next he gets his trigger finger in a twist. In Britain that cop would never be allowed to carry a gun again.
