India: His love life stinks. An Indian man is suing grooming-product maker Axe for nearly $43,000 because he hasn’t landed a date in seven years. Vaibhav Bedi, 26, said he used the company’s body washes, shampoos, antiperspirants and hair gels, without luck. The woeful Romeo claims psychological damage.

Colonie, NY: The crime matched the costume. A man dressed as a Breathalyzer unit for Halloween was arrested in Albany County for DWI. Theodore Piel, 24, actually refused to take the Breathalyzer exam, but still faces DWI charges. Arresting officers noted Piel’s glassy eyes and a strong odor of alcohol, officials said.

Australia: An Australian driver was involved in two fatal wrecks at the same intersection seven years apart. Both times, Michelle Thiele failed to look left before pulling out, each time killing a male driver. Officials blasted her “limited aptitude, competence and temperament.”

Tampa, FL:  This one probably violates the American with Disabilities Act. A bank in Florida refused to cash a check for an armless man because he could not provide a thumbprint. “They looked at my prosthetic hand and the teller said, ‘Well, obviously you can’t give us a thumbprint’,” Steve Valdez told CNN news. Valdez said the Bank of America branch in downtown Tampa, still insisted on a thumbprint

Arkansas:  Arkansas police are hunting for whoever made off with two container trucks filled with a half-million dollars worth of tampons and other feminine hygiene products.  Cops think the thieves did not have a clue what they they were making off with, since the resale market for tampons isn’t booming.

Siberia, Russia:  A 45-year old Siberian woman, who can not stop killing her mates, was convicted of fatally stabbing her third lover and will now spend the next 12 years behind bars, according to authorities.  Irina Rybalko previously convicted of killing her husband in 1992 and a boyfriend in 1997, was sent to a prison colony, a Novosibrisk legal department spokesman said.
