Italy:  An Italian divorcee and her new lover stand accused of killing her ex-husband. How did they do it? Allegedly, they suffocated him by shoving a block of butter down his throat.  It appears that the couple had hoped that the evidence would melt away, say investigators.  The butter did not melt. The two initially told authorities they tied up Calogero Lo Coco,40, when he attacked them at his former home.

Yeah right!  Self defense with a stick of butter!

Seattle, WA: Have you heard  the one about the polite robber?  He walked into a Seattle convenience store earlier this year and asked the owner for a favor. Asked what he meant, the crook pulled a gun and replied, “I’m robbing you, sir.”  The crook explained he had children to feed and promised to return the $300 he took if he ever got back on his feet financially. He left apologizing for his actions.

Tucson, AZ: We learn that  in February 2011, police finally captured the Arizona “techno-pirate” who had allegedly managed to insert a 37 second porno clip into a cable company’s local telecast of the 2009 super Bowl.  The so called, “flesh flash,” forced Comcast to pay out $10 “we’re sorry” refunds to 80,000 Tucson subscribers.

Beachwood, OH: Ohio police are looking for a thief who stole an artificial heart.  The stolen heart is worth $20,000 and its additional parts valued at $10,000 were stolen from Perfusion Solution, Inc, in January.  Police and company officials maintain they have no idea who the “heartless” thief could be.

Italy:  An Italian man hit in the head by a stray bullet on New Year’s Eve miraculously survived.  The bullet entered the right side of 28 year old Darco Sangermano’s head, passed behind his eye and hit a nose bone, before lodging in his right nostril.  While at a Naples hospital, Sangermano sneezed, and the bullet  came out of his nose.  Aside from a headache he left the hospital feeling very well.

Germany: A court in Cologne has ruled that business owners have the right to order female workers to wear bras on the job.  The court further ruled that the bras must be white or flesh colored, because darker colored bras can often be seen through blouses.

Indiana: An Indiana man told police he did not know the woman he was having sex with was dead.  Richard Elwood Sanden, who had been arrested for necrophilia, said he had been seeing her for a few months, and did not realize she was dead until he noticed during sex that she wasn’t breathings.
