Weird Criminal Law Stories 256

INDIANA: James Henderson, 28, of Valparaiso was hospitalized after police found him unconscious on a road. His blood alcohol level was measured at a whopping 0.552 percent. It is not unusual that people who have a 0.4 blood alcohol level to fall into a coma. Not so with Henderson. It is reported that he appears to be on the mend.

BET HE HAS ONE WHALE OF A HEADACHE, THOUGH…

INDIANA: A week after the above story was reported James Henderson, 28, of Valparaiso was again found sprawled on a street with a blood alcohol level of 0.297.  This is, of course, an improvement over the last time he was found passed out with that 0.552 blood alcohol level.

AT LEAST HENDERSON IS DRINKING LESS…

IOWA: This guy was arrested for disorderly conduct. Why? Angered at receiving a parking ticket, Derick Thoene went into the City Hall in Iowa City and allegedly told a receptionist: “I have your parking attendant in the trunk of my car. Do you want him dead or alive?” that’s why he was arrested.

DISORDERLY INDEED

TENNESSEE: We learn that a burglar broke into the family home of Landon Crabtree, 8, and stole two iPads. The youngster used a iPad tracking device to help deputies find the missing goods four miles away, allegedly at the home of John Docherty, 46. The Sheriff deputies report they then found other items at Docherty’s home, including guns, cameras, jewelry, guitars and electronics. The loot had been stolen from homes and hotels between Virginia and Florida.

WOW, A REAL PROFESSIONAL BURGLAR DONE IN BY A KID!
