Weird Criminal Law Stories # 313: More Weird Florida!

A dog in Sebring riding in the back of his master’s pickup truck stepped on a pistol the guy had left there, the weapon discharged, and the man was slightly wounded. However, the doggie is off the hook, police have declared the shooting an accident.

A Florida man pretended he was an officer of the law for five months – because he was too embarrassed to admit to his girlfriend he was really a pizza delivery man. Christopher Sharp would leave his pizza shop each day, put on a sheriff’s deputy’s uniform and head over to his girl’s house where he would regale her with phony stories of chasing and arresting bad guys. Sharp was eventually arrested for stalking and posing as a deputy.

          I WOULD SAY HE WAS A NOT SO “SHARP” NITWIT…

 A woman in Fort McCoy refused to pull over when police attempted to stop her for driving too fast. When police were able to apprehend her she told them that she had been too embarrassed to stop because she was topless.  She added that she had been speeding because she was in a rush to surprise her boyfriend.

        HOT 2 TROT…

 Police in New Smyrna Beach say a woman gave her ex-husband a shock – and then some!  She allegedly used a stun gun on him, tied him to the bumper of a pickup truck and dragged him a half-mile.  Robert Hall, 54, wound up in the hospital.  His ex-wife, along with two friends took part in the attack face attempted murder charges.

WOW, WE WONDER WHAT HE DID TO PROVOKE THIS KIND OF MAYHEM?
