Switzerland: The Swiss have made nude hiking unlawful!  Recently, citizens of the canton of Appenzell Inner Rhodes, in the heart of the Alps, voted overwhelmingly to make nude hiking unlawful.  The practice is apparently big among German tourists who often wear nothing more than hiking boots and socks during warm weather months.

And we thought it bad when German tourists to the U.S. wore white socks and sandals!

Wisconsin: Robbing Peter to Pay Paul?  Police arrested a Wisconsin teen for allegedly breaking into a car and stealing goods so he could get money to pay his lawyer, who was defending him on previous

Detroit, MI: Wonderbra news!  A 57 year old Detroit woman was saved from a stray bullet when it deflected off the underwire of her brassiere.  “It slowed the bullet down,” said a police spokesperson.  “She sustained serious injuries but they’re not life threatening.”

Sort of like a bust in the mouth….

La Crosse, WI: This fellow should watch CSI reruns everyday while in the slammer.  Police in La Crosse tracked down a thief who stole a tavern’s safe, thanks to DNA collected from the chewing tobacco spit

Australia: An Australian town where 30 sex toys were found lying in front of a house has renamed the street “Dildo Boulevard.”  Resident Laurelle Bates said, “It’s a real mystery.  We have no idea where they came from…they looked used.”  Within hours, many of the of the sex toys had disappeared.  “Some of the bigger ones are gone,” Bates noted casually.

Florida:  One wasn’t enough! A 51 year old man was busted in a Florida parking lot engaged in a sexul romp with several blow-up sex dolls in the back seat of his car, in broad daylight.  Stunned parents covered their kid’s eyes until someone called police.

Plastic orgy maybe…………?

Iowa City, IA: Perhaps, this was the best time to have had one more for the road.  An Iowa City youth showed up dead drunk at a hearing — to be sentenced for public intoxication.

Greenfield, CA: A California man was arrested on human-trafficking charges after complaining to cops that he hadn’t been paid by a youth — to whom he had allegedly sold his 14 year old daughter for $16,000, 100 cases of beer and several cases of meat.  Police think that the Greenfield girl willingly went with the 18 year old “buyer,” but busted him too.

Can you believe kids today!

Texas: A man who would have been sentenced to six months probation for a petty crime got those 180 days behind bars instead when he fled custody at a Texas courthouse just before his sentencing.  making matters worse James Carroll Franklin led police on a car chase through three counties.

Dude!  They weren’t even going to put you in jail!

Manchester, NH: Whatever happened to plain old arsenic, you might ask?  a New Hampshire woman has been arrested for allegedly trying to kill her husband
