Weird Criminal Law Stories # 546: Was it missionary or doggie style sex?

UNITED KINGDOM: Was it missionary or doggie style sex? A man was captured on surveillance video having sex with a motorcycle in what appears to be an empty showroom. The video clip of the tryst, uploaded to LiveLeak, a London-based video-sharing site, was viewed more than 54,000 times in the first 24 hours. No arrest has been made.

ALABAMA: OUCH! It has been reported that a policeman took a bite out of crime, and then the suspect took a bite out of him. It started as a traffic stop in a Walmart parking lot that led to a scuffle, the bite and the arrest of Patrick Trotman-El, 33, of Huntsville, who was wanted for a probation violation in Georgia. We learn that the bitten officer was taken to the hospital, treated and released.

ALABAMA: Hide the car keys from this kid. A 12—year-old Alabama boy was so mad with his parents that he swiped his mother’s car and drove it 75 miles across state lines. The wannabe juvenile delinquent made all the way to New Augusta, Mississippi, where he stopped for gas. That was the end of the line for him because a worker at the gas station worker called police to report the pint-sized joyrider car thief.

CANADA: IRONY? A psychiatrist who practiced gay-conversion therapy was found guilty of having sex with two of his male patients. Dr. Melvin Iscove’s license was suspended after he allegedly told the men that having sex with him would “cure” their homosexual desires.

CALIFORNIA: Stinky? In April 2018, LA police gave citations to 21 businesses peddling counterfeit make up – some of it contaminated by feces, officials said. “Major Task Force hits 21 locations in the @LAFashionDist and nets $700,000 in counterfeit cosmetics found to contain bacteria and human waste,” wrote LAPD Captain Marc Reina tweeted.

CANADA: Predator snare, irony. The parents of a 13-year-old girl tackled and restrained a man who had come to their home to have sex with their daughter. The parents said they called the police to report creepy messages their daughter had received on social media, but no one responded. So, they set up a sting and recorded the incident on Facebook Live. We now learn that the Vancouver Island parents are being investigated for assault and false imprisonment. The mother fumed, “I‘m arrested because we caught a predator the police refused to catch.”
